General Terms and Conditions

(hereinafter: GTC)

The application for withdrawal is realized by fulfilling the subscription, which creates an oral contract between the Participant and the Organizer with the content according to the provisions of these GTC. The remaining amount of the participation fee must be paid in cash upon arrival before entry.

The Participant declares and acknowledges that he / she has read and understood these GTC, accepts its contents and acknowledges that he / she is obliged to follow its paragraphs. If the Participant does not accept these GTC, he / she may not participate in the event.

The basis of communication between the parties during the organization of the event is email correspondence. The contract providing for participation is automatically concluded between the Parties upon the application of the Participant and the confirmation of the Organizer. The conclusion of the contract is confirmed by the application data saved in writing and the invoice issued.

The Participant is solely responsible for the accuracy, actuality and truth of the data provided during the order / application. The Organizer excludes any liability arising from the inaccuracy, misspellings or misrepresentation of the information provided. The Participant may only provide his / her own personal data. If you do not provide your own personal data, the data subject is obliged to obtain and transmit the data subject's consent. The Organizer will only accept applications from Participants registered by e-mail. The Organizer shall not be liable for any delays, problems or errors that can be traced back to the data provided incorrectly and / or inaccurately by the Participant. The Participant is obliged to provide the following data:

first name *;

last name*;

e-mail address*;

contact phone number*;

home address (country, city, street, house number, postcode) *;

The Organizer will always send a confirmation to the Participant, but will not be liable if the confirmation is not received on time because the Participant provided an incorrect email address or other incorrect data during the order or because the storage space of his account is full. and so he / she can't receive messages.


If the Participant cancels the reservation by the 30th of May 2022, the Organizer is obliged to return the security deposit by deducting the bank transaction fees. In case of cancellation after the 30th of May 2022, the Organizer is not obliged to repay the security deposit, but it can be transferred to another Participant for free of charge. In this case, the data of the new Participant must be communicated to the Organizer by email no later than one week before the start of the event.

Participation in the retreat.

The organizers have the right to exclude those who do not meet the basic hygiene conditions, ie their state of health or personal hygiene clearly endangers the health of the other participants; endangers the physical integrity of the participants by their intentional or grossly negligent conduct; by his behavior he violates the basic ethical rules of social cooperation, deliberately hinders or prevents the event.

First Aid and Health.

All participants accept and acknowledge that they are participating in the event at their own risk, but a first aid rescue service is provided at the event location. The Visitor is entitled to use this service within the framework of the valid social insurance, health or travel insurance. If you do not have any of the above, you are entitled to use the service for a fee. The Participant acknowledges that he / she can only participate in the event if he / she does not suffer from Covid19 coronavirus disease and is not in quarantine as a contact person.

Responsibility.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the concerts, programs and services provided at the event, if necessary, and do not take responsibility for the property of the Participants, including items left in the tent, car or accommodation. The Participant waives all claims for damages against the Organizer and refers to the contract concluded with its own insurer for the compensation of its loss. Participants are not entitled to object to changes to the program. In the event of any unforeseeable and unavoidable obstacle (war, insurrection, strike, natural disaster, severe storm, epidemic, fire, etc.) as a result of which a party is unable to meet its obligations, cannot be held, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of this event.
